The summer hard court season is in full swing, and tennis fans everywhere are locked in as players compete in warm up events and qualifying rounds for the US Open. With just days to go before the main draw begins in New York, the energy in the tennis world is at its peak.

Tennis match in a packed stadium. Players on blue and green court, large scoreboard above, audience in colorful attire watching intently.

Adding to the excitement, Venus Williams has been awarded a wild card entry into this year’s US Open. Her return is a powerful reminder that tennis is a lifelong sport and that passion and perseverance can carry you through every stage of the journey.

Here at San Diego Tennis Center, we are getting ready to kick off a new season of our own. Our Fall 2025 classes begin the week of September 2 and run through December 14, offering programs for kids, teens, and adults. Whether you are new to the game or building on years of experience, our classes are designed to help every player grow, stay active, and have fun.

Fall is one of the best times to step onto the court. The weather is comfortable, the energy is high, and the season is perfect for setting fresh goals. For kids, tennis is more than a sport — it teaches teamwork, perseverance, and confidence. For adults, it is a great way to challenge yourself, improve your skills, and connect with a welcoming community.

With the US Open around the corner, there’s no better time to be inspired to play. We would love for you to join us this fall. Explore the full schedule and reserve your spot at sandiegotenniscenter.com.
